absolutely incredible as always. I understand why people mention Nirvana. But The Wipers have credibility far beyond Nirvana and their overstated approval. And it was a drag to have to listen to Hole maul over the edge. great box set available for this band. explore them.

I agree, the Wipers were one of a kind. I saw them live, and later, Greg Sage on his own. He was brilliant. I still listen to his music. Thanks for posting.

this is truly beautiful. You don't even have to be able to understand what he's saying to understand what he means. you can just see it on his face and hear it in the music. After hearing this i don't think I have the right to call myself a musician

i have to admit that i discovered the wipers thanks to nirvana, but im not ashamed of it. this band i s now one of my favorites. so depressing, dark, it's all in the feeling., in the sensation the music gives you. it's so beautiful that i often cry when listening them.

@peterharman I think they're too busy following the current-times equivilant to the Wipers... Just saying.

Still have my Wipers T-shirt and three Wipers cassettes with all their vinyl (1979-1986)... gift from Mike for recording his band SNAKEPIT in Eugene back in 1987!!!
