It's 'The Wild Men Of Wonga', fronted by the English comic actor and musician Daniel Peacock. I'm holding the 7" vinyl as I type this. Daniel Peacock stars in the 1980's comedy film 'Party Party', which is a funny film with a great soundtrack. Daniel plays lovable berk Toby. It's not a big or clever film, but I always loved it - and it's one of those movies that's very quotable. If I say 'Top On. Top Off.', someone reading this will be smiling as they read it. Seek it out. : )
