Ehhhh I wouldn't say that. Wilco and the Stones are my two favorite bands. I love Jay and he was one of the most talented musicians of the 90's (argueably ever) but Brian Jones was special. They are actually a lot alike. Brian could play virtually every traditional instruement and plenty of non traditional instruments. Not to mention his sense of melody. R.I.P Jay and Brian. both are heros of mine.

@masterflags I think Jay Bennett was far more talented then Brian Jones could ever hope to be. And it's not like Jay had the substance abuse problems of Brian Jones at the time he was pushed out of Wilco. I really really appreciate the Jay Bennett era stuff, but I also really really love the post-Jay stuff too.
