Widowspeak

Born in Chicago but now housed in Brooklyn, Widowspeak offers up legitimately hazy and subtly psychedelic summer sounds with guitars bathed in reverb lying just below the smooth, sultry vocals of frontwoman Molly Hamilton. While most recently spending their early summer making the Brooklyn small venue rounds they dropped by for our newest studio session. This lighter-side-of-rock quartet played "Gun Shy", previously released on Captured Tracks as a 7" single and also featured on their self-titled full length debut.
