I've known and loved your cover of "Hurt" for a while now, but for some strange reason I never got around to listening to the rest of your stuff. Foolishly I spent months listening to just that song and it never even occurred to me that something might possibly top that. Only recently I've been listening to the rest of your music and I am in awe!I choose to comment this on this particular video because, personally, I have never really liked this song. I could never get behind the vocal melody or something (even in the original), something always felt slightly off to me. But your version is perfect. You have given it whatever it is I've always felt was missing. I know it may not mean much, being the opinion of someone who dislikes a song that you presumably love, but this gives me goosebumps and moves me so deeply. You brought it to an entirely different level, as with the rest of the covers on this series.Sorry for the long-ish comment and thank you sooo much for this!
