U have to understand WH was dressed plainly because this event was held on a VA military base for servicemembers & their spouses. Even civilians & entertainers had to be modest in their dress & behavior. Someone like Nicki Minaj or Beyonce would NOT be allowed to perform on base given their vulgar lyrics & dress. 10 years ago
