Screw you all for saying those things. First of all, none of those bands can be limited to only one genre, i.e blues, hard rock, (heavy) metal. Secondly, comparing them is like choosing between breathing or drinking water, i love both AC/DC and Whitesnake.

Ok but Fame says nothing about the music quality of a song or band! The most famous bands are often normal standart rock band like GnR etc. Acdc compared to whitesnake... thats like to compare a donkey with a racehorse. All members and ex-members from whitesnake are better than acdc's. You know that was Steve Vai, John Sykes, and many great Persons! I like acdc but its to much overrated. And when you play 2 Years Guitar you can play any acdc song with 3 Fingers.

@DarkMaster333333 vocals dont matter in rock. angus young is the best at solo's period. but with some songs, i do prefer riffs to whitesnake that ac/dc :P
