I don't think they lip synced this, I know i've watched a lot of artists lip sync and I know they never say things like "sing it" to the crowd. This was a DVD so on the chorus I believe they didn't like the way the sound came out so they patched it up with the studio version. Also you can tell because the sound changes if you listen closely. If you were going to lip sync you would want to make it as simple as possible right, so you wouldn't forget to say something? I don't know any of this i'm just guessing.
