"Keep a light in the window for me" - made famous also by Moon Mullican - is indeed a great song too, same theme. I think a blues singer called Bubber Johnson actually had it first.

This is a great song. Bob Dunn/Vagabonds/Moon Mullican/Cliff Bruner band indeed did some similar ones like "I was sorta wondering" (a 1950 solo by Moon), "When night falls I think of you" (Bob Dunn sang this with the Vagabonds - one of his few vocal performances as Moon did most of the singing with them) and "In the blue of the night" (written by Moon and sung first by Dick McBride in the 1930s and Mooon did it later).

yes this song is my favorite one. this song is hillbillie-swing. Bob Dann & Vagabonds write it. also i like a song named "Keep a light in my window tonight(your wondering boy is coming home)".

so lovely its on my youtube favorite list a few days ago i heard norman and nancy singing a lovely song called jacobs ladder this was on radioio bluegrass is it on youtube i have searched but with no luck
