This is Wes Carr's cover of "is she really going out with him?" by Joe Jackson, found in his album "Under the Influence"; and IMO the best cover by far.
Currently the theme song for the new Australian TV show "Beauty and the Geek".

I don't think the song suits Beauty & The Geek. "Is she really GOING OUT with him" implies it's a dating show, which it isn't. The show has never been about romance, although it's always a possibility when you put guys & girls into a house together.
