What I like about this is the little flubs and parts where it's just off here and there. That's what make it human and real. These days it would've been recorded digitally and pro tooled to death and would've sounded stale.

Duff was a great study. He studied Sid Vicious and John Paul Jones style. Made a career of putting those two players techniques to practical use simultaneously. This is not only an excellent bass line, but fun as hell to play! Duff was probably loaded every day back then, but he was a smaat man....Hats off to ya for ur sobriety too Duff!
