Here's some help with the riffs: (again GCEA so Gmaj7 = 0222) Gmaj7 Riff: Hold the Gmaj7 with your index finger and then reach with your pinkie 0222 0227 0225 0222 0223 Am Riff: 2000 2002 2003 2003 2002 2000 2030 2000 2003 2003 2002 2000 2030 You'll have to play around with your strumming in order to emphasize the 'notes' you're playing along with the base chord. This should get you started though...just play around with it and have fun.

Great cover Victoria! Uke players, here's my shot at the chords to get you started: (chord decoder GCEA numbers are fret positions) Intro: Gmaj7 (riff) Am (riff) Verses: Am D7 G (Victoria plays the G in 2nd pos 4232) G#dim Am D7 Em Am Bm C Chorus: Gmaj7 Am C Gmaj7 Am C D7 Em Em7 (2nd pos 4232) C Bb Gmaj7 (riff) Am (riff) Instrumental: (same as verses) End: Gmaj7 Am (riff) end on Gmaj7 chords: Gmaj7 (0222) G#dim (1212)

Hey Victoria. First of all, I must say that this was the best ukulele cover to Benny and the Jets by far. Second of all, you've inspired me to learn how to mouth trumpet. Great job! I was also wondering if you could send me tabs to this song so I could practice on my uke. That would be much appreciated.

That's a pretty amazing rendition, I have to confess. I always snicker at that "she's got electric boobs, a mohair suit..." part. LOL That young Elton was quite a letch. Anyhow, I adore this uke song, VV>

Definatly one of the best this yr and I'm not a big Elton John can but you did such a good job on it. And I always figure out the chords/notes by watching it a couple of time. Sad only a few more weeks;(
