Yes. But even with that there's still a chance We Are The Emergency could say this video has to be deleted. So what Twynkah does is putting silences in order to avoid this song being detected by WMG and so, harder to find for people that search for copyright infringement. And as you can see there's no indication beneath the likes/dislikes that this video is a song called Drop me off at the Bridge from We Are The Emergency.
