One of the tender moments from Waylon's classic 1974 lp The Ramblin' Man. This album doesn't get as much recognition as Honky Tonk Heroes or Dreaming My Dreams but it contains some real gems like this one. Waylon could really carry off songs like this because as well as having the voice and the musical touch he had that rare commodity - believability.
