@Whyte Groovin While you're correct about Wargod not being Gene's first band you're wrong about him being in Shellshock. He joined Dark Angel after they had changed their name from Shellshock.

Hello, the original line up was R. perkins, Blake Edwards, Michelle, Gene Hogland, ralph on bass... 60% of the early songs where written by B. Edwards & R. Perkins....some of this band created f.u.b.a.r. and archenemy(l.a.).

This answer could be a BIT LATE but yes, you are correct, Michelle Meldrum was one of the guitarrists for Wargod.

Nope, WarGod was my first recording. ShellShock, I was not a part of. This track however was the first song I ever wrote. Musically and lyrically. I was 17. Wow, seems like yesterday. This band/recording also features my wonderful friend and sister, a 16-year old Michelle Meldrum, may she Rest in Peace. Thanks for posting this! \,,/

@thrasher123 WARGOD wasn' t gene hoglan first band , he was just helping them out because the former MEGADETH / WARGOD drummer named lee rausch could' t do it for some reasons ... gene's first serious band was apparently SHELLSHOCK PRE DARK ANGEL they made some two demos ( recently reissued on cd ) before adopting the final DARK ANGEL monicker !!!

Sorry for such a late reply - but i'm not on YT anymore...got a lot of job/family stuff goin' on. But I noticed I got a TON of requests so I will do my best to do this shortly. But for the most part I'm not uploading anymore. Some f'tard troll flagged the red tide vids and my channel, so i have to be careful. but i'm gonna try to do this upload as my last one before i go on a long hiatus.
