I desperately wish he would (could) play this live again. It's such a great song; I'd hate it if he never got to sing it again just because of his voice. :/

It hurts listening to the high notes uff it must have been during his granuloma disease

Did you ever get this tabbed out? I have to admit I just assumed it was a capo job because playing simple open chords seemed to be his thing during his Born And Raised. If not I have this downloaded and ready to spend a good few days tabbing this amazing song out.

FACT: This recording is from before his throat surgery. You can hear it in the chorus.. He has a hard time controlling his voice. Hopefully, he will get his full range back in the end of 2013

I love it! Music isn't about hitting every note cleanly. It's an expression of emotion. I loved every bit of it.

Ya, so most likely he had issues in July which is why he got checked out. I didn't mean any disrespect.

When I hear this version of the song, I hear a man trying to sing through his struggles, and is desperate to avoid what would eventually turn into a period of extreme anguish and hardship. This whole performance is pure art. The struggling with the high notes symbolizes what must happen.
