Really good - we are proud of these Georgia girls. I don't why I'm thinking of this now, but, I remember years ago Tiny Tim and someone on TV saying, after hearing him sing, there's no substitute for talent and he doesn't have any (it was true, the schtick wore off pretty fast & you were left with this no-talent gimmick). The opposite can be said here; these young ladies definitely do have the talent and don't need any of the theatrics to impress. Again, really good!

I saw them at South by Southwest. Did you know that they are playing at The Basement on July 12th? Coming up from Cincinnati to see them - they are simply amazing and are very old souls for their age.

This is the closest version I can find to how they sounded at the Newport in Columbus, Ohio. People around me were laughing after the youngest one picked up her umpteenth instrument for the performance. Besides being tad showy in their instrumental skills (who can blame them?) they were absolutely awesome live. She was preaching to the choir with deforestation rant, but then you realized this is a girl who can't even vote commanding the stage. They commanded the entire venue. Wish them the best

Quite possibly one of the greatest songs ever performed. von Grey was the fist act I saw at SXSW 2013 and they turned out to be my favorite of the hundreds of bands I experienced. These are the most talented sisters in history of Earth's music.
