+xsumthingnessx I don't understand why you would think that he isn't really singing. You can clearly tell that he is. It's different then the studio version. Pauses are different with the orchestra, timing is different, there isn't anything fake about this.

Grossartiges Lied, passend zu einem Orchester.Einziger Knackpunkt ist das Tempo.VNV-Nation bittet mit der Geste seiner Hand förmlich darum, etwas langsamer zu spielen und schaut leicht verunsichert zum Dirigenten, welcher total in seinen Noten aufgeht und es gar nicht mitbekommt. Schade eigentlich...Aber trotzdem, ich liebe dieses Lied und es bereitet imemnse Gänsehaut.

If you're talking about "lip synching to the original track" then no, he's not. There are little bits he sings differently than the original track, such as notes and timing. You can also hear him breathing. They are also playing the song faster than on the album. ALSO, it's incredibly difficult to lip synch with a live orchestra. So with that said, what the fuck makes you think he is lip synching enough to make you call him a wannabe? Get some knowledge.
