Unfortunately, the song we hear most of Guaraldi's is *Christmas Time is Here*, one of the most depressingly down-key Christmas songs ever written. But while Guaraldi was a man who knew his way around a minor key, he also wrote some pretty awesome upbeat stuff too, like this arrangement of *Christmas is Coming*.

When I was a kid, I loved this! I would wait all year from the Charlie Brown Specials just to enjoy the music. When I got older, I developed an appreciation for jazz, and I bought the music LP, later bought the tape, later bought the CD, and now it's on my iPod. I play it all year round.
