The feels though... so dark and bittersweet. I completely disappeared into the song and remembered things, and visited places I haven't "been" for a long time. Beautiful!

Even if for but a brief sentence, to have had a voice as hauntingly beautiful as yours, reach out with gladness was nice. Take care, bella chanteuse!

What an interesting twist at the end. I won't spoil it, but it really is something you never expected; it suits Viktoria's alluring presence to a tee. Lovely version. Too many here on YouTube to pick a favorite. Oh, I just noticed it's going to be an ongoing story ("to be continued") but where will they find a song as haunting as Dark Waltz to follow it up with? For those who are attracted to this kind of poignant music they might find my own Ghostly Waltz attractive. Like this, it tries to paint a picture of the beauty of the dark hours and ghostly figures dancing to a kind of sad waltz through the night till dawn breaks on a decaying castle. Just click on my avatar and go to "Ghostly Waltz".

This is definitely a "sweeter" version than most on youtube. She has a lovely voice.

I prefer Hayley Westenra's version, although this was still wonderful. She can definitely sing!

Great diction !!! Understood every sung word and note . Your low notes had such depth and yet had good color . Your higher notes were vibrant and had the great support of a well trained artist . The film had all the making of the best traditional and todays perks to keep a viewers interest . i loved the stories twist in plot line where the payoff explodes viewers expectations and rewards us at the same time . Kudos to you and the other artists who created this music and film .

The clip is nice, but the voice is a squeeking insult. Compare with Hayley Westenra's voice in het version and you'll know...

Sounds like "The Moldeu" by Smetana. In fact has the same "chord progression" good (Y) :)

Did she really continue it?

Eternal Path

On Behalf of the voice of His Majesty, to you Ms.Westenra's version is not "moving" for she did not make a video of her singing, as for the other two they did, thus you saw how their emotions flow out by voice AND by face therefore intensifying the emotional perspective that you have seen. If you listen closely to the singing of Hayley she perfectly applies emotion through the high notes and on Jackie's version it sounds unnatural and somehow the notes are too deep even though softly sung
