"In this video we wanted to make a modern version of Charles Dickens'

fairytale: A Christmas Carol, respecting The Birthday Massacre's atmosphere.

We also tried to emphasize the idea of the Three wise monkeys raised

with the voice (voices start to change)/ears (cover your ears)/eyes

(hands cover your eyes) in each verse.

We would like to personnally thank all the people involved in the

project and who kindly helped us to make it real: Ceyrac's family,

Laura, Simon, Clarabelle, Tos and Céline and Monster Ladies Lingerie!"

I always imagine that Chibi's singing from the perspective of Death incarnate. She's visiting someone who has wasted his/her life and is begging to die. Most of the imagery is what he's seeing as he's crossing over to the other side. Of course, I've spent a fair amount of time considering it; this, In This Moment and Leaving Tonight are my favorite songs on the album.

This is my fav song too, with "In this moment"! Thanks for the kind words! We knew we couldn't have the skills nor the materials to make a professional clip, so we focused on the storyline to compensate :)
