I didn't get to know about Vicky until I was well into my 50s. But in 1969, the orchestral version was my then GF and I's song. Without the Internet, it was impossible to know what was really happening in the world of music back then, here in North America. Wonderful version by the way ;-) thx

Here in Brazil people know the version by Paul Mauriat, "Love is blue"! I didn't know that "L'amore est bleu" took part at a Contest and Vicky was forth!
