@1220hezekiah apologies for being late if someone answered this question: I got the Jubilee Concert recently and it was actually all region(meaning any player could play it). There ARE DVD players that won't play certain region DVDs but you can just as easily get a DVD player nowadays that does play DVDs from any region just like there are Blu-Ray players you could get to do the same. Hope that helps ya
