Dave Moore only came in when the album was already recorded (same as Peter Seghetti) because Olaf left the band. Olaf played this solo. Dave played half of the solo on World Behind the World and half on King Arthur. That's just a promotional piece from Metal Hammer to promote the album when it was all ready for release. Olaf's name is on the album sleeve and the CD.
