Can't believe there's even a debate. Any true Prince fan recognizes his voice... everyone saying that's morris day is obviously just faking the funk. I'll admit tho.. there are times when they sound very similar, must be that old skill Minneapolis pimp-playa vibe. Check out old The Time songs like 'Gigolos Get Lonely Too' and '777.9311` even those songs had me like "wait a minute.." But no, this song is definitely Prince

everyone discussing whether it is Prince or Morris Day on the song, it is Morris.Listen to the song 'The Walk' by the time, you hear morris day talking in the breakdowns and you can hear that chick in Vanity 6 talking towards the end as well in that song. With the voice in that song 'the walk', you can tell its morris in this song and not prince. Both tracks are 1982 so they must of did it around the same time as both prince associates worked together around that time!This proves that its morris day! I know it sounds like prince but its Morris, the time
