@Henzzman So... E-Rotic is a band produced by David Brandes, John O'Flynn has written their songs. Vanilla Ninja once was a not well known estonian band. Brandes and Flynn then decided to manage and produce VN, and made all their tracks from Traces of Sadness and Blue Tattoo. So, Vanilla Ninja basically never copied E-Rotic, for both bands were managed by the same team.
