@cobralink you're welcome! other vangelis's albums that appear on Cosmos are "Heaven and Hell" 1975(the end of part one , before Jon Anderson starts to sing "so long ago so clear") "Albedo 0.39" 1976, The beautiful "l'apocalipse dex animaux" recorded in 1970 and published in 72, and "ignacio" 1977 (but recorded in 1975),...hope that will help you if you're still interested

Actually this piece is pretty easy to find. Just order a copy of the "Cosmos" soundtrack, and you'll find it under the title of "Comet 16."
