Eddie plays in-the-pocket so good in this vid. When I was starting out on guitar it was always waiting for his solos in the songs but as i've matured as a player, i've realized that the guy's rhythm style has very good taste. The prechorus in this song is my favorite-he doesn't overplay and its just right

Remember this was also dubbed the "ambulance" tour due to health issues with Alex and Eddie plus I think Sammy was through a soar throat in this performance.

I loved Van Hagar as much as Classic VH, but compare this band to the band from the 5150 tour. These guys SOUND great, but they also sound like they're gonna fall asleep. It's pretty slow and plodding, even for a VH keyboard song. Alex, especially, sounds like he's asleep at the wheel back there. In terms of actual sound, though, VH never sounded better (sonically). Everyone is going through the motions, no doubt due to the backstage strife that led to the end of this version of VH.
