lmao. That's what they said about Hendrix, Django, Segovia blah blah blah. Every generation has great guitar players and evh has been left in the dust like all the rest by the later gens who learned from the trailblazers of their time. Yes EVH was THE BEST(ROCK GUITAR PLAYER) in 1980. But he was no John McLaughlin, Allan Holdsworth either and they were and are OLDER than ED and before ED.

I can't believe it took me this long to find this. I saw them with basically the same set in 1988 in Pheonix AZ. They killed! I saw them last year in Boston with Dave. It was good, but tickets cost too much nowadays to get close like back in 88. Dual guitars in VH. Cool.
