Halens manager was the manager of Extreme and Al's brother in law - He brought Gary to the table seeing it as good business. Shouldn't b so quick to blame Gary for the album being subpar.10 years ago

This is one of 6 songs I like from "Van Halen III". This particular tune here in my opinion is the ONLY tune from this album that ROCKS. This song sounds like Kiss & VH collided with a touch of the Police. If they'd released more rocking songs like this that they'd recorded with Gary for "III" (It originally was planned to be a double album but, WB & SO-CALLED FANS sabotaged the project & cried foul when it didn't do what THEY wanted !!!!), I believe it would've did better.12 years ago
