Isn't this in a higher key than Jump was originally recorded in? It also sounds higher than Dave's 1984 live performances. Eddie might be sticking with the key that better suited Sammy live. That ain't too fair to Dave. He's trying, but he should just get Ed to bring the song back down

I seen the 1984 tour in Milwaukee back in the day. I have also seen the Best of Both Worlds and the Balance tours at Alpine Valley in East Troy Wisconsin. Dave killed it back then and Sammy knocked it out of the park both times. Eddie and Alex were both at the top of their game and you could not find a better bassist and backup vocalist than Michael Anthony. I'm sorry to say that I do not care for the new line up. Dave is just weird and trying to add to much in the lyrics, just sing it as it was written. That's what the ticket holders want to hear. Eddie still has the chops but seems to be lacking in the "dig what I'm doing" area. Wolfgang seems like he is enjoying himself playing with his Dad, and Alex is still holding it down on the skins. I have watched several videos of the current tour and have to say that I'm not impressed. I probably would not buy a ticket to see this show. I hope Chickenfoot comes to Milwaukee this summer!
