I cannot express how absolutely hauntingly beautiful this piece is. Bloodlines was one of those games that sort of caught me off guard, but the biggest reason I still revisit it so much is how well composed the soundtrack is. Even after all these years, I managed to hunt down a compilation of the soundtrack as background noise for whenever I'm doing Photoshop/Illustrator work. By far my favorite video game soundtrack. Out of any game, and this track sealed the deal.

@AndreaZ64 I've been saying this for years. If you've ever played infamous, prototype or crackdown, thats the sort of thing I've been thinking of. Well, that but with far more social actions and choices, something less linear.

I have been playing this game for many years now and I will play it until someone at White Wolf realizes it deserves a superb sequel. This game made me fall in love with the vampire genre all over again. Imagine what they could do for a sequel to Bloodlines these days. Imagine an open world setting like Liberty City (GTA4). Imagine walking through those streets at night looking for prey or standing on the roofs and looking down at the mortals you feed upon.

There are few games that compare to the immersion of this one. Omikron, Elder Scroll: Morrowind (maybe even Oblivion), I can't remember the others as i'm drunk right now. Happy new years :D. This game though is unique in all of the gaming universe. The sounds, gameplay, immersion, I've been waiting for a sequel to it like I have been to Omikron and Interstate 76 (which will never come unless I make it myself) and so on.. Sorry I just love my old games.
