2 reasons... poison hit in 86... vain in 89... also vain was on island records... a big time 60's and 70's label that didn't see mtv's power at the time... no respect is probably the best album that almost no one heard!!! if one of the major guys at the time got them...(sony... wb... or even geffen or capitol) vain would be well more known!!!
