I listened to this song, and I just don't see how some people automatically went to white vs black. Music...REAL music is abstract in its concept and message. All I saw/heard was a beautiful person singing/sharing about her journey toward acceptance of herself, regardless of the labels the world tries to place on her. That speaks far beyond color, IMO.
