this is not usher completely people. the reason it was not on the album is because it was never finished. Usher does not right all his own tracks. So when you are given a song, like this one, they have normally the person who wrote it sing it for the artist so they know how it's supposed to go. Why does it sound like Usher? Because when you write songs for others, you have to write and sing it just like they would to get the feel.
