@hockey90 the first two albums were nothing close to grindcore. Grindcore is like Gutted with Broken Glass. They were deathcore

@philVSmonster none of underoath is ever "screamo". please don't refer to them as that. their first 2 albums are closer to grindcore than anything. changing of times is pure metalcore. you got the next ones right though.

Act of Depression: Screamo, Hardcore Cries of the Past: ", " Changing of Times: Screamo, Post Hardcore They're Only Chasing Safety: Post Hardcore Define the Great Line: Metalcore, Post Hardcore Lost in the Sound of Separation: Metalcore, (Post) Hardcore Disambiguation: Experimental, Post Hardcore Well, that's how I see it. And I loves me some UnderOATH.

@562XXXXX you really cant even fathom good music if you cant put define the great line in there as one of their best albums. Underoath is not mainstream whatsoever, they're completely origional with every album and every song. Look on ANY bands music group blogs, myspaces, etc of similar genres. I guaruntee you one of their favorite bands are Underoath.

i would ask you in 2 months who the 'best band in the world' is but it probably wouldnt be anymore accurate. If i had my way no one would be able to comment on youtube videos. ever.

@Nocakescott nope. it's metalcore. sorry bruh. Underoath is pretty decent, but they're not reinventing the wheel here.
