I'm responding to a post from 1 year ago, but info may still be useful: Instead of printing image cropped from screenshot, one can just paste it into Google reverse image search and magically you can have better, 1600x1200 image. And that's what I did. (Not with screenshot, but with image someone linked here in the comments. It had compression artifacts, so I found one less compressed.)

Yeah, of course you're so right. It's just that I haven't done that before and gotten a picture off the internet by hitting print screen, cropping it, printing it out and taking it to our picture place here in town; Then they turned it into a full blown poster, but yeah I'm wrong.

This is really dumb. It's entirely impossible to decompress an already compressed image, and no, it's not a "photo expert" that's going to manage to complete the otherwise impossible task. There is virtually no way you can rely on the small amount of pixels in the image contained in this video, especially from a screenshot- the only way out would be to vectorise it, and even then it could still be ugly when printed. You need at least 300dpi to print a pixelised image at good quality- this is 72.
