@GrimeDubSKANK It was extremely popular in the 90s. Hell, you could hear it on commercial radio even over here in the US. During the time there was very big underground EDM scene with all sorts of stuff, but garage was the only stuff that broke through. It wasn't until later that electronic music became accepted over here.
