高校１年の時にTVで初めて観たんだけど、ボノの昇り降りにハラハラドキドキしたなぁ。途中で旗落ちちゃうし…なんか今観るとエッジが降りて来るボノを心配してるのが伺えるし。最後は胸が熱くなったのを覚えてる。今観てもかっこいいなこれ（笑）。

i was at the phoenix park dublin august 14th 1983 over 29 years ago a gig i never forget U2, simple minds, eurythmics,big country clear blue sky 27000 tickets sold out with over 80000 at the venue Irelands woodstock ..i recall many been on the roof of the race course.. dave fanning asking them to get down so they lay on the other side lol until of course they reappeared moments later big country and simple minds rocked eurythmics called the crowd irish pigs cause she got skulled by a bottle U2:)

i remeber seeing a video on the tube many years ago where Bono climbed a scaffolding tower, think it was in the uk somewhere but cant remeber for sure, anyone know ?

What a life. Bono was 23 when this concert took place. These guys are true rock stars and you never hear of any baggage, smashed up hotel rooms etc. These boys are true class and have stood the test of time.
