The "Father to son" sequence is my favorite part of the song. This is such an underrated track on an underrated album.

You can't even remember what I'm trying to forget. My favorite phrase in a song full of good phrases.

The way they build up to Edges solo makes this song so much better live.

Loved this edgy, experimental era of U2 - Achtung Baby, Zooropa, Pop. Much more interesting than the bland radio rock they've been making for the last 10 years

It was such an excellent tour.. I saw 3 Sydney ZooTV concerts.. They however didn't give B.A.D. all their amps when they were on before U2 ;-)

Arguable - aside from "Babyface", "First time" which are largely a "With or without you" and "All I want is you" weird remakes respectively and possibly "DGPFYCC" all songs are among U2s best.

zoo tv was of the best ever u2 concerts I've ever seen - dirty day has one hell of a good riff - it's a classic moody song from a brilliant album - zooropa is a strangely underrated album

Strongly disagree. I love the progressive buildup and the satisfying climactic finish. The subtle, tongue-in-cheek lyrics and story of the song. The chordal progressions are great by the way, I strongly disagree with you on that as well. I love the song and definitely think its the best on the album.

This song is the lamest track of Zooropa. It's slightly better here but not much. The chordal progressions are straight from a school band.

this song is great on zooropa, but it becomes a masterpiece in live
