Peter wrote this song about an obsessed stalker fan. She followed him everywhere. He would take elaborate routes to get from point a to point b, hoping she'd get lost along the way, but she pursued him relentlessly. He was never able to lose her, no matter how hard he tried or how far he traveled. It was crazy. That bitch was nuts, but he immortalized her in this song as a kind of tribute to her devotion and determination. Rest in peace, Peter.
