"Incoming missile!" the transport pilot yelled as he deployed his last set of flares. I watched each orange glow spew out the side of the plane through the pane of glass, which was the only thing between me and a missile flying at mach 3 ready to blow up anything stupid and helpless enough to not evade it. It curved towards us, leaving a trail of white smoke in its wake. After it passed through our final hope of staying in the sky, I froze, which wasn't a good thing to do. Before I could say anything, the pilot spit two final words from his mouth. "Brace yourselves!" The adrenaline in his voice motivated everyone to move quicker away from the rear of the plane. I was in the third row from the back, but have you ever stayed in your seat when you were in the blast radius of a missile that's just seconds away from knocking sense into your stubborn head? Neither have I. "Get out of the way! Move," I urged the soldier blocking me in the seat. He could not have moved any faster. He dashed with me to the middle of the plane and we both clenched onto a seat. As soon as we did, the back of the plane exploded in chunks of shrapnel, knocking the plane out of control. I looked back to see the the back wings flipping away in the distance. The only thing left of the plane was the front half. Our platoon sergeant yelled when the transport tilted forward. "Go, go, go! Bail out!" I, along with the rest, refused to hesitate. I turned around and used my hands to spring to my feet. As I sprinted towards the back, I noticed another trail of smoke coming up. One thought passed in that slow second: We're already going down. Why are they firing more? Before I was ready, my boot took its final step out the back. I didn't even have my parachute on my back, but at that moment, what other option did I have other than jumping? I braced myself to feel the force of gravity pulling me to the earth faster than a speeding bullet, but once I felt the speed, I was good to go. But I was concerned about not being able to slow down when I met the earth. The parachute was in my right hand, not doing its job, obviously, so before I picked up more speed, I slipped my right leg into the harness, then rolled over to where my right side was facing the ground. The wind brought the chute around my back, anchoring it there long enough to put my left leg and arm into the harness, finally putting my right arm in. After tightening the straps, I faced the ground, about to pass through the cloud layer. At about 12,000 feet, I squinted my eyes, barely able to see the enemy's capital through the clouds. That's the city. After passing through the cloud layer, I heard sudden whispers in the air, like it was flying right past me, but the more I paid attention to the ground, the more obvious it became that those 'whispers' were being fired from an air defense system on the ground. Hearing them get closer to my right side, I leaned left to evade when I heard a sudden scream of a soldier that was immediately halted the moment it started. It was only seconds later that I saw a lifeless body flipping around, falling faster than the rest of us. At about 5,000 feet, I could hear the roar of a jet engine to my left, getting louder and louder. I looked, but immediately regretted the scare of seeing two fighter jets about to pass right through our path. "No...no, no no no NO NO NO!!!!" The jet in the front was shot down right below us, leaving enough fire in the explosion for an allied soldier to pass through and get a warm welcome from it. Not only did it burn his face and arms severely, but it lit his chute on fire. He turned and flipped around, trying to fix the problem, but it was no use. If he were to deploy it in that condition, it wouldn't slow him down. Realizing that fact, I clenched my eyes shut and turned my head the other way. "N-no..." "HERE IT COMES!! DEPLOY CHUTES!!" The voice was the sergeant's. I opened my eyes and noticed the ground was only about 1,500 feet away. They were all deploying their parachutes, with the exception of the few who were killed during the fall. I wasn't about to look at their tragic ending. I reached for the strap and tugged on it, letting the chute jerk my whole body straight up. We were then easier targets. Three more were shot by the AA guns. The chain of bullets started swaying towards my parachute. If I was able to do anything, it would be screaming. The bullets began ripping holes in the chute. It wasn't many, but enough for any normal person to have to change their uniform. Luckily, I apparently wasn't normal. I looked down as my boots hit the ground. I got my parachute off and took cover behind a small, brick wall that was separating the road from a small decoration in the city. With adrenaline rushing through my shaking body, I whispered under my breath: "It's time..."

I wish people wold stop talking about this being Bryan's theme. It's too epic to be a wrestler theme in my opinion. I remember it best as the Night of Champions 2010 theme. It's way better as a PPV theme.
