This is Twisted Sister with their song "King Of The Fools" off their album "Come Out And Play" (Atlantic Records, November 9, 1985).
I could only find a couple of lyric videos for this, but they were both the same video from different uploaders... both have Dutch (or something) text in them... so I made a decent one.
