Eric Wagner is a big fan of Alice in Chains you ought to know and AiC got lumped into the grunge scene as they were from Seattle. Other than that they're pretty doom metal-ish. A lot of modern doom/stoner bands cite AiC as influence as well.

AIC? You gotta be fuckin' kidding me....?!? Trouble stands alone as the greatest doom metal band ever (or christian metal rock band ) ya know...whatever you're into. If Black Sabbath had a cousin, it would be Trouble. I never get tired of these guys...

@ccchainsaw I know, but they didn't sound like AIC, they sounded like black sabbath. This album is where they sound like AIC, which is after AIC came out.
