1 more quick question on the main riff after you've done the first hammer on but on the thick E and you switch to the 5th string on the 4th fret part. what technique do you use to quiet the thick E string. when i play this rift and i get to the 5th string part the 6th string is always ringing. are you muting it with your palm or thumb or is it your left hand that mutes it somehow? hope i explained that clear enough. oh also which picks do you recommend :)
