Listen to Evile and complain there. Heafy mantains one of the most unique voices in metal. The pitches he can go from is one extreme to the other in an instant. A fucking instant. They are both excellent bands but Trivium is my favorite. So there is no reason at all to complain. ha rip off band.

Owns the shit out of Metallica? A commercial band with catchy hooks and choruses, mediocre riffs, and honestly a bit of a weak voice. The lyrics in the Crusade are just teenage lyrics meant to make people think they're deep and edgy, and talking on real issues... which they aren't. Trivium are Mediocre at best, and at worse they make me laugh. Listen to the song Anthem and Broken One for examples on that... Teenage Angsty Emo Shite.

i am a big fan of both trivium and metallica. but i think those who hate the crusade because the absence of screams are the stupid fans who are emos listening to TDWP AA BMTH BVB and all that shit. im not so into the scream thing but i listen to alot of thrash and this is a good thrash album.

I myself am not a fan of Metallica but I do respect them as musicians and I don't think its fair to compare these two because Metallica paved the way for many musicians such as trivium. Trivium is not better they have just found new techniques to apply to their music that Metallica had not done before. Metallica will always be legendary but music is always going to evolve and trivium is a perfect example of that

Trivium wouldn't exist without Metallica, and Heafy stole Hetfield's vocals, you can hear this at the end of The Rising when he said, "YeaHaa" as Hetfield does. You want to rip on Metallica, I'll rip on Trivium, this fucking rip-off band, and Unrepentant has a stolen riff directly from Metallica.
