Triumph were awesome but they did a bit of a Saxon. That is, they forgot what they were really about and went for the glam rock US thing at the time. This alienated their fan base and list them their rock/metal credibility. I still love both bands. But I wonder what they could have been had they followed their true paths.

yes, that is Rick Santer who wrote the basic riffs, his earlier version was quite different in arrangement and lyrically, with a different chorus as well. Both versions are great, more power and dynamics with the boys of TRIUMPH. Santers version is on the "top secret" album and it is titled "heaven on earth" and was mixed at Metalworks, TRIUMPH's studio. Santers is a great band as well. Great writer that Rick Santers. Guitarist too.

Great song! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is Rick Santers song?? I know Santers did a version of this also before Rick went on tour with them.??

I used to have lots of awesome vids of these guys saved on here but now they have been removed and you can't watch them...might as well move on since they just back into it for money instead of the music...live performances will always be the best...but now they are going back to be a fake ass big hair band...when they were one of the best sounding original bands I ever heard or saw...go figure
