*Of the best sound so original music mostly when Vibeke Stene:* the whole metal genre/scene has for offering. By Vibeke's definition I'd say Destination Departure: bit.ly/KtuFkz --remains strong so the most beautiful piece the band has managed to pull in my ears throughout these years (depending on your taste or mood though, it may be a tad depressive; contrary to that perception: it gets me happy, for some weird reasons UuU ). Although It's a shame she'd to go, for personal reasons found their way into her head. For the actual Tristania---with Mariangela Demurtas: there ain't much to add, say. Nothing like what they used to be but I doubt that's their goal by now. And it's good though, that, they haven't triy to pull a Vibeke Stene on its fanatics. Instead, going for a more Pop llike-sound which seems most root bands these days are falling for (Ex: Nightwish, Sirenia, Beseech, etc).-- While they keep it fresh, I'm ok with that.*On another note:* I'm totally in love with this track: *so.* Anyone into Gothic metal!?

What I thought too. Some stuff really reminded me of Sirenia's first albums...

I think that some of the songs in World of Glass were written before Morten's departure(late 2000)because you can clearly hear some of the signature signs of his compositions.The choir parts for example,they are similar to many Sirenia songs(At Sixes and Sevens album mostly),and very different from those on the other tracks on World of Glass.
