I think this clip was from an episode of "Hootenanny", a short-lived (Spring 1963 through Summer 1964) folk-music show on ABC-TV, each episode of which was taped at places like college campuses, village greens, and theatres around the country.Hosted by Jack Linkletter (the son of TV pioneer Art Linkletter), "Hootenanny" enjoyed strong ratings for about a year, but the show's popularity nosedived in the Spring of 1964 in the wake of the British music invasion, and was cancelled at the end of that season.
