@trolm3 Please don't be rude. I suppose it all depends on what we're referring to when we say "chords." But generally, any song that you can finger pick, you can give chords for it. Sometimes it's just easier to play it without putting your hand in the proper formation for the chord. For example, in this song, the first chord he plays is a D. He only plucks strings 2&4 of the chord before refingering, so he probably just uses his index finger on the second string. He could have formed the chord.
